Accepted Student Checklist
We congratulate you on your acceptance to Rowan-Virtua TBES and are happy you have chosen us to help you meet your future goals. Please be sure to complete all required items on this checklist as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition to our University.
- Complete Student Health Forms: Your Wellness Center Requirements.
- Rowan Photo ID: View best practices for taking ID card photos.
- Canvas: Visit the IRT Canvas Information page.
- Verify Laptop Compatibility: All TBES students are required to have a laptop that is compatible with our ExamSoft software. Please review this website to verify your computer is compatible.
- Activate Your Rowan NetID: Your Rowan NetID is your key to accessing online Rowan University services, like Self-Service Banner, email, computing labs, Canvas, library resources and RowanWiFi. You must activate your Rowan NetID at netid.rowan.edu before you can access those services. For help, follow these instructions to activate your Rowan NetID.

Once you’ve set up your NetID, you can access your Rowan email and all the other digital resources available to Rowan students
- Financial Aid Award letters will be emailed to the University Email once the FAFSA is received.

- If Applicable - Accessibility Services: For students with documented disabilities, Accessibility Services provides accommodations and services to ensure equal access to educational programs and services in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (1990) and Rowan policy. Accessibility Services facilitates the provision of these services and accommodations for students. Accommodations are determined on an individual basis using disability documentation and in consultation with the student.
