Accepted Student Checklist

We congratulate you on your acceptance to Rowan-Virtua TBES and are happy you have chosen us to help you meet your future goals. Please be sure to complete all required items on this checklist as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition to our University.

• Complete Student Health Forms: Your Wellness Center Requirements.
• Rowan Photo ID: View best practices for taking ID card photos.
• Canvas: Visit the IRT Canvas Information page.
• Verify Laptop Compatibility: All GSBS students are required to have a laptop that is compatible with our ExamSoft* software. Please review this website to verify your computer is compatible. If you already have your laptop that meets these requirements, it is strongly recommended you bring it with you to orientation.
  *MCBN program does not use ExamSoft and therefore are not required to meet these compatibility requirements, though it is highly recommended.
• Set-up Online Credentials: The University provides a wide array of computing resources to support students. They include Rowan Self Service, email, computing labs, library resources, an online virtual learning system, etc. The key to accessing those resources and more, is establishing your computing credentials. Please remember to bring your Rowan ID number and password with you to orientation.

  • Financial Aid Award letters will be emailed to the University Email once the FAFSA is received.

• If Applicable - Disability Services: For students with documented disabilities, Disability Services provides accommodations and services to ensure equal access to educational programs and services in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (1990) and Rowan policy. Disability Services facilitates the provision of these services and accommodations for students. Accommodations are determined on an individual basis using disability documentation and in consultation with the student.
