Orientation
Congratulations on your acceptance to Rowan-Virtua School of Translational Biomedical Engineering and Sciences (formerly RowanGSBS)!
Our TBES Orientation will be held on August 27, 2024 in conjunction with the University-wide School of Graduate Studies (SGS) event. The School of Graduate Studies event is from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., with an evening reception. The TBES programming will occur from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. (may end earlier) in Engineering Hall 319/320/321 (#10 on the map). After lunch, there will be a School-wide presentation and then the students will break out into their program groups for an information session with their Program Director/Chair. Course registration
You will not be permitted to register until all holds are removed from your account.
- Please be sure to begin working on the checklist of required items as soon as possible, as completing some of the required forms can take several weeks.

Your health and safety is important to us, therefore, the University requires that all students have health and accident insurance protection. You will be automatically enrolled and billed for the University Student Medical Benefit Plan serviced by Aetna. Please click here for more information and be sure to pay special attention to deadlines to waive coverage if you already have active, equivalent coverage.

Getting acquainted with where to find important information will help you as you matriculate to TBES.
